My experience with Sunset Pools has been outstanding. I demo'd my existing pool and had Sunset build my new pool. When interviewing pool contractors prior to choosing Sunset, many had their own canned options for pavers that I've seen everywhere. My wife had a specific color palette and design in mind that didn't match most of the decking options we were given from other contractors. Sunset recommended a leathered marble deck and was able to beat the total price we were given for inferior options from other contractors. I was provided a pool dig date and construction schedule. We love our pool!! We had such a great experience with sunset from the first meeting with Rob (amazing) he sent us a 3D drawing of our dream pool and Max made it happen. The pool was done timely and every time I had a question or concern Max responded quickly. I would recommend sunset a 1000%! ** update I have had my pool for now 5 months and I was having a issue with the pool electric system not communicating and Jason came out and helped fix the problem and also showed me how to prevent it from happening I just love how response everyone is!**

Another updated review for sunset pools our pool is now 3 1/2 years old. We thought we had a calibration problem with the salt chlorinator. Jason and cody came out within a couple days to check it out. They recalibrated the salt chlorinator. No issues. Top notch knowledgeable techs. Answered all of our questions and then some. 3 years later, we are still impressed with the people and service from Sunset Pools ! Thanks Max for such great service ! We contacted several pool companies and Sunset Pools was the one that answered all our constant questions, helped us with the design process and communicated every step of the way.... even through a hurricane!
