Our 20 year old automatic pool cover finally called it quits. We nearly went with another pool cover company but they had terrible customer service reviews. Also, the representative who does the estimate and makes the sale is NOT the guy who installs the cover nor does repairs. SunShine is a small family business with great and recent reviews, especially shining in customer responsiveness, so even though their quote was considerably higher than the other company we chose quality over price.
