We had our new liner installed in April 2021, right away we started talking to them about several areas of the liner falling. They came and tried to bandaid it by placing rubber pieces in the pool that don’t hold. We opened the pool this year and the liner is splitting and the areas are falling even more. I was told we had to buy the new liner and pay for a new install even though we have communicated his issue. I would not recommend that ever. We were told this liner would last 15-20 years.
I see there are some negative reviews on here, but I must say that Sweetwater has been far and away the most responsive and helpful pool company that I have experienced in the region. They have helped in big situations AND small situations. They've fixed leaks, troubleshooted chemical issues, and there has been very CLEAR communication. THANK YOU for your service (to owners AND workers at Sweetwater).
I have used this company for service at a condominium that has indoor pool and spa and cannot thank them enough for always being available on very little notice and the professionalism of every staff member was exceptional. Michael G. Tucker, Facilities Manager Crossroads on the Charles Condominium
Laundry list of complaints: Installed new pump incorrectly resulting in air getting into the plumbing lines. I've had to run the pump 24/7 at full bore just to get the skimmers to create a little bit of suction. The rep then tried to upsell me on a pressure test STARTING out at $600 and goes up well over $1,000, ha! The electrical bill just came in for over $1,400, which I told the rep I should be billing them for. I also told the rep that I should be billing them for time spent trying to figure out why the system that I paid for is not working correctly. I was also charged over $1,200 to open…
This company is horrible. My husband and I tried to contact management countless times to figure out why my pool closure was so expensive. Could not get a hold of a single person who would discuss my bill which was north of $1,200(appears to be a common number Sweetwater likes to bill customers according to reviews) Our rep who left after being at the company for 3 months was replaced by a young gentleman who had no experience and could only relay my emails, but no one in management would respond. We are currently being taken to small claims without a single person in management responding fro…
