We recently had our pool liner installed by T and M Pools, and I can honestly say Todd went above and beyond from start to finish. His attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic were outstanding. Every day he made sure the area was cleaned up before leaving, which showed how much pride he takes in his work. I couldn't find anyone to renovate my 40 year old pool until I called Todd. He came by and said yeah we can do it. He took my worn out old pool and turned it into a magnificent resort style pool with sundeck, fountains and waterfalls and all for a very reasonable price.

We were undecided on whether we were getting a pool or not. The owner came out and went over the possible plans with us more than once and was very patient while we made our decision. I am so glad we did. I am very happy with my pool and the service we received. I would use again.

Let’s begin with extremely frustrated. I spoke with Todd almost two weeks ago on a Saturday regarding an air leak in my pool system. He said he had another job he was working on near us and would stop by on Sunday to take a look and get it fixed “I’ll put it in my calendar right now” he claimed. Sunday has come and gone and so has every other day since then. I have called T&M numerous times every day but I always get the same response from the same gentleman that answers the phone “ Todd is not in, I’ll give him your message to call you” .
