They have been responsive to questions, urgent situations due to weather or aging equipment, and always given an honest, fairly priced and reliable solution. Taylor Pool Service is great, Pat saved me $2000 on fixing my pool heater. I now use them for pool service, until I can learn how to take care of it myself and more to the point I have time. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly. Pat even called me on the weekend to walk me through changing valves on my pool and spa to get it to work correctly. Thanks.

Our pool light (initially installed by another company) had popped out. Taylor Pool Service came out and re-installed (as well as cleaned up the light where the prior company had made a mess). He was a very engaging, professional and caring expert. Would recommend without hesitation.

These guys were great. They went onsite, analyzed the pool & equipment, came up with recommendations for service/repair, knocked it out almost immediately. Very friendly, punctual, and accurate work. The Ingen Corporation will continue to use Taylor Pool Service in conjunction with our Florida properties.

Have been a GOOD paying customer for 12 YEARS During a recent weekly pool service the technician turned the chlorine feed knob and the short nipple feed broke. The pool pump was off for 3 days and when they came to REPLACE the part I WAS CHARGED $138.00 FOR A 15 MINUTE SERVICE CALL TO REPLACE A PART RETAIL COST OF $11.49. ALSO IN JUNE THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR 6 WEEKS OF SERVICE!!! THERE ARE NO MONTHS HAVING 6 WEEKS!!

Represents himself as a Haywood Dealer. Haywood never heard of him. Direct impact on the warranty. Provides no training on the computer controls, instruction book. When system alarmed He would not come check it out, trouble shoot it or even answer a phone call. Worthless!

Very unrecommended and unprofessional Did the first service yesterday 5/5/22 the guy came is the owner himself though he left the spa uncleaned um vacuumed He provided poor brushing job. I also checked my cameras he only stayed for 18 minutes for a first visit! And when I contacted them I included photos of literally dirty spa, & asked for better service they got upset and they said they NO longer can service my pool Very very unrecommended very unprofessional

The owner was great; the individual service man who came out to do the work was arrogant and disrespectful the moment he arrived at my property - he drove onto my front lawn and we had to replace a sprinkler head! I let him do the work but it was not finished and I called the office and requested that he not come out to my home any more. He came out anyway, and went into the backyard without notifying us and when my significant other confronted him, he was told that he was lucky that he didn't have a gun on him! He was immediately asked to leave and left my pool equipment un-connected / unfin…
