Cody Pools did a remodeling job on my pool for me this year. I have dealt with Pool companies in the past that were very disappointing, but every step of my experience with Cody Pools was awesome! Matt, my sales guy, and RJ the service manager came through with everything that was promised, and best of all there was never a hassle!! I would very much so recommend this company!!

We love our Cody pool. Very happy with the design process and install. We went with standard tile and pavers and Cody blue finish. We love it all. Steve was our project manager he was always available and easy to reach. John was our designer and he is an expert at what he does. Very thorough. Designed the pool completely custom and within a hour. 10/10. Sun shelf was a definite must with kids 3-4. It’s the perfect set up for them.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organized. What impressed us most was the speed and quality of the work — our pool was completed in just 41 days, which exceeded all expectations. I had my pool construction about 18 months ago. Elon F. was my project manager/supervisor, his professional was absolutely incredible, He kept me informed about the step by step process, I probably asked more questions than any other customer he has dealt with, an he answered them in a timely manner. I knew who was coming, when they were coming and what was going to be done on any given day. Our pool tuned out Great!! It was a smooth process it only took 3 months from when they started digging to completion. Our project manager Elon, was extremely helpful, understanding and patient as he guided us through the build process. All contact with Cody Pools staff has been easy and pleasant. Any concerns were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Two of our neighbors and others in our community have Cody Pools.

The Cody Pools Remodel team just completed resurfacing of my older residential pool. I was NOT looking forward to it because 1) it's expensive, 2) it's noisy and messy, 3) many pool contractors in the area have been getting a bad rep, which made me leary about the pool business in general. We hired them to do our pool resurfacing and since the beginning they have lied about timing. Sales guy promised us that it will take 2 weeks to do the pool, it’s been 5 weeks and it’s not done yet. The PM said once they start they come every day and they have literally come once a week. They lied from start to finish. I don’t recommend them at all. Specially how expensive they are you would think they would value their clients more.
