The worst customer service experience. Two of my neighbors use this company, and since their technician comes weekly, I thought I would hire them as well. This review is for potential new customers who do not want to find themselves in the same situation I experienced. After nearly three weeks of repeated visits, sometimes almost daily, my pool was still not restored to normal. I will be posting pictures of the green pool and the condition it was left in throughout this ordeal. Instead of resolving the problem, additional issues developed. Feel like I’m being scammed. Been having issues with company and technicians but today takes the cake. Technician came house first does not read instructions to get in house and alarming family by going into central area. Then I leave my daughter birthday party to get him where he needs to be. The man then leaves a completion note without cleaning the pool. Therefore having my cancel my daughter party due to a dirty pool. Call for a manger no one at the company could tell me why or refund me money for daughter ruined party. Makes no sense and feels like a scam

Our home was a total disaster from the hurricanes and we were hopeless as to even where to start. Clear Tech completely revamped our entire backyard and pool with beautiful new travertine paver decking and an incredible pool renovation. We are still amazed at how great it looks and how our home was totally transformed. UPDATING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I AM LIVID!!!! WORST POOL COMPANY EVER. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!***** When I moved into my rental, I clearly and explicitly told ClearTech the following: if there is a car in the driveway, do NOT enter the backyard without knocking and getting my acknowledgement first. This Company completely turned my backyard into a swamp not knowing how to level and properly drain when installing a pool and pavers. The guy came by to look at the pool and he was more focused on telling my brother that basically I need to be out there when my kids are out there by the pool instead of dealing with what he was there to deal with. My kids NEVER go outside by themselves at all regardless of a pool or not. Just thought it was kinda rude for him to be that way like I'm a bad parent and i dont watch my kids smh.....and he doesn't even know me.
