I just wanna say that my pool guy that I have been with for well over 10 years, probably closer to 15, sold part of his business. The Blue Pools took over his part of his route. At first I was like, okay, let's just see how it goes.. to be honest I couldn't be happier. Tom has been great. The whole company has been great. If I have an issue or can't remember how to run my equipment, I send them a text and they are on it. I've been using Blue Pools for the last 4 years since I moved to Canyon Lake. Mike the owner is always very professional and courteous and my pool guy Tom does an excellent job. He always keeps me up to date on anything that needs attention sends me photos after and always does a great job plus he's a super nice guy! Recently I tried the new solar panel cleaning service and that was awesome as well. Very reasonably priced and made a difference on my solar panel performance. Win-win!!

We’ve been using Blue Pools for several years now, and the service has been excellent. Thomas is our pool technician, and he is wonderful! He communicates consistently, is always professional, and is patient enough to let me chat his ear off sometimes too. 🤣 When we first started with Blue Pools, Thomas was assigned to our route. After some route changes, we ended up with a different technician. Thomas and The Blue Pools has serviced our pool weekly now for almost 3 years. Not only is Thomas great; but, we know that we have a great team with Thomas and Michael the owner of The Blue Pools. We learned a very long time ago that communication is important; and, Thomas and the owner keep us informed about everything that is important to know about our pool and the respective pool system. The Blue Pools services my pool & I couldn’t be happier. Tom is my pool service guy & he does a great job; he alerts me when he is showing up so I can have my dogs put away, he also informs me of any issues with my equipment so I can have them addressed, he always offers me to contact him anytime I have any questions or concerns regarding my pool. Tom always go above & beyond to make sure we are happy with his services. I’m very happy with Tom & The Blue Pools.
