While the quality of the project itself was good, our experience with this company after the job was completed has been incredibly disappointing. We spent over six figures on our project, and unfortunately, the support and service we expected afterward are nonexistent. We've made numerous requests for help with a repair, yet ownership does not respond. This lack of accountability and follow-through is a major concern, especially after such a significant investment.

We hired pattie group in October of 2021 to design and implement some changes to our backyard and side yard. The landscape designer understood what we wanted and gave a us a great proposal of the work. The surveying was done promptly, then I heard nothing from the organization for months. I reached out via email to our designer in Februrary, and still nothing. I called their number to find out that our designer left the company and no one followed up with us about our completed design, which we paid money for. I wanted to wait until our project wrapped to write this review and see if the Pattie Group is truly worth the hype. Spoiler alert... they are. If you're looking for THE landscape and design company for you- stop looking. You have found them. From the first meeting, we knew we were in the best of hands. No detail of how we use our yard and home were overlooked in the plans the team drew up- right down to my favorite colors in the florals they chose. WHAT, HOW?! Don’t use this company unless you want your neighbors to hate you. They are the absolute noisiest landscapers ever with the loudest equipment possible and no concern for your neighbors or the environment. They overuse 2 cycle engines and are huge polluters. They just spent an hour with an exceedingly loud truck mounted air compressor blasting a high pitched hissing sound throughout our neighborhood. And to top it off, they regularly blow leaves and yard waste into neighboring yards rather than clean it up.

Where do I start? I was extremely excited to learn that a team of professional designers would create a plan based on the vision we had for our yard. I met w the project manager at the end of July and explained all of the wants/needs which included a: deck/patio/bridge/fence/creek reinforcement/potential shed. The project manager said our yard would be a challenge but the team of professionals would be up for the task. Needed to take the time to leave this review, as it is truly rare to find a company that you miss when they are not in your life, and I wanted to take the opportunity to say how ridiculously happy we are to be back with them. I actually feel like their landscaping crew cares about my property, and they treat it like it was their own (maybe better). The lawn looks like it was freaking brushed, not mowed! This company wants you to think they're the best...they're not but you'll pay for way more than what you get. They have ruined the yard here by mowing despite extreme wetness. They "forgot" to mulch and trim the bushes, really?? They also hit the garage door frame while plowing and did damage. Save your sanity AND money!

Do your self a favor and pass them by. They hire people including carpenters and project managers and end up firing them mid project. They don’t listen to your concerns during the project. Poor communication before during and after the project. And very expensive. Additional landscaping project was proposed at over 22K and another landscaper did the project (and more and probably better) for 10K.
