Building our first home felt intimidating at first, but the people here made it manageable. They explained paperwork clearly and didn’t pressure us into upgrades every meeting. I also liked how clean the worksite stayed throughout construction. One bathroom faucet had low water pressure after move-in, but someone came out quickly and fixed it within the same week without any arguments.

Perrino brought our remodel vision to life and completely transformed our house. We were deciding between moving and doing a remodel and landed on a remodel because Perrino showed us an incredible vision. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. One thing that really set Perrino apart was Aretha. She is the designer and sat with us to understand our goals. She designed out the entire remodel, with pictures and samples. I have been photographing Perrino homes for quite a few years. When I arrive I always ask the home owners: How was your experience with Perrino? I always get the same response, great! As a photographer it's always a pleasure photographing homes that are so incredibly beautiful like the Perrino homes are. The attention to detail on his homes is nothing short of spectacular! Not only that, but it makes my job a lot easier. If I was going to remodel or build a new home, there would be only one builder I would call and that builder is Pat Perrino.
