I’m a resident of the Centaur and Hi Tech Pools built the apartment pool. After months of delay, they finally finished it this May, although the design and filter system leaves much to be desired. The apartment had a lot of issues with the system but was able to maintain it this summer - however, it was clear all issues were due to Hi Tech’s inadequacy. The biggest complaint now is, as you can see from the photos, it is November 8 and Hi Tech Pools still hasn’t delivered the cover for the pool. We used High Tech to open our pool this spring, and the experience was excellent. Technicians Dale and Luke arrived on time and got right to work. They completed the opening efficiently and were pleasant to speak with throughout the visit. They clearly explained the process before beginning and provided a thorough review once the job was complete. Overall, a professional and well-executed service.

Far exceeded my expectations! The entire process with HighTech Pools was world class. They are truly experts at their craft. Our pool is awesome! The design process was great and gives you an idea of what it will look like but to see it come together is on another level. Sales, project management and the craftsman all did a great job. Communication was continuous and I felt that I was kept fully informed on the process. I highly recommend this company. If you are interested in getting a pool then you owe it to yourself and your family to contact High Tech!
