Not sure why I didn’t leave a review sooner but my pool was put in a year ago by the pool guy. They were fantastic to work with! Great communication! Very professional! My pool looks great! Very satisfied customer! Matt and Kyle were wonderful and very helpful and informative when I had questions.
We recently discovered the pool guy and have now used them a few times And have loved them!!! We had a pool light replaced and now are using b them for cleaning! Great communication & pool looks great! So glad I found them!
We have been using The Pool Guy for a few months now and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone from the office staff to the pool technicians are friendly, helpful and professional. Our pool technician, Farrell, has been maintaining our pool and does a thorough job each week, provides complete chemistry results and a photo of our pool when he’s finished. I would recommend them to family or friends.
The Pool Guy did a professional custom design for our pool/spa and we still love it. Any maintenance and repairs are taken care of in a timely manner.When they clean our pool and test our water, we receive a text immediately letting us know what was done and what chemicals were added. Owners, office staff, cleaning and repair techs are always professional and informative. Love these people!!
Excellent experience with the Pool Guy personnel; Farrell(sp) communicated well regarding arrival time, needed repairs/work, progress. We feel we received quality work and timely service. I was satisfied with the cost with the work that was done. I will definitely use Pool Guy in the future. Thanks to Michelle too!
