The owner is rude but initially I overlooked this because the person doing the cleaning did a good job. Then they started having different people working on my pool. I was told they were just training new staff and I would be keeping my regular pool man. I have a security system so I know when they come and go. They skipped a day and when I called to inquire why it was missed they basically called me a liar stating they had been there. Even though I told him I had security cameras that said the opposite. Horrible! Do not use this person! The company changed ownership and the new owe doesn’t care about his customer! He let our pool turn green, took the money then said he can’t service after he let our pool turn green! DO NOT USE!

Did a great job with white pool were very poore at explaining things or getting information back to regarding their availability to clean the pool Won't use them again

Pool Wizard people dont do the job they should I guess cleaning the filters is not part of the job , have complaints to many to list . Would not recomend them !

Reasonably priced, very prompt attention to problems, polite and capable staff, and of course, my pool and spa are crystal clear year round. My highest recommendation.
