This comany and its staff have been so kind and gracious and helpful since I purchased a home with an inground pool and no idea what I am doing. They answer all my questions, call me back and help talk me through any issues I am having or come out and help with them.

Spent hundreds of dollars to still have a leak, broken light and they refused to put the panels or arm back on The hot tub is just over a year old The manager even called me to give his reasons why the hot tub repair doesn’t always mean repair to fix and why they won’t reassemble the hot tub when they are done

I gotta give a 5 star shout out to The Watermill. The Watermill is a business which is unerringly helpful. I have turned to them over the years for help with hot tub questions , concerns, and repairs. The Watermill meets my needs and exceeds them.
