Jason has been my pool man for nearly 16 years and will be until I die. Jason has always been there for all my repairs upgrades anything I've ever needed he's there. He just completed a complete pool restoration from tiles to pool surfacing and adding a handrail. Tidal Wave Pools is the best and Jason has a great staff working for him as well. The business is very professional and friendly. #1 in my book. Thank Jay
Tidal Way Pools refinished my pool and spa (resurfacing and tile replacement) including additional repairs and the installation of a salt system. From estimate to completion, Jason (owner) was professional and very responsive to all questions and concerns. Work was started on schedule. His entire team of workers are very competent and a great reflection of the company. Jason is the best. We have airbnb property and pool heater was down. Guest demanded 90 degree water temp. Called several service providers waiting list was 3 weeks. He came that day and fixed our pool heater! Thks again. Ken

Rudest pool person ever!!! Wouldn’t answer any questions we asked. Was super condescending and arrogant! We called to report it to the company and they didn’t even respond.
They two guys were great efficient and they cleaned up after themselves too I am very pleased with the job done on my pool
