Love this company and how well they care for our community pool area! We’ve gotten to know Steven (our daily maintenance guy) really well over the years and he is THE BEST POOL GUY and all-around good human. We have a salt water pool and the community loves it! Thank you for taking care of FBTS! We appreciate Steve and the team! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
During my most recent visit, I discovered the pool was being over chlorinated creating severe discomfort in those that were with me. I’m not sure who’s training or managing. However, in my years of pool building experience, I would expect better from a professional company as widely known as yours. I would not recommend the facilities in Wilmington, NC to anyone.
They have done a terrible job of keeping up our pool in Bridgewater Landing Subdivision
Your driver of the Ford Maverick with the tag LAM-9708 just completely ran a stop sign coming off Pine Branches Cir this morning, cutting off oncoming vehicles, you should really install some dash cams or do some drivers training.
