Stay away from this company. The owner is unprofessional and communication is hit and miss, sometimes very responsive and other times not at all. His son was a pleasure to work with and why I stuck with this company as long as I did. Unable to bill on a normal cycle, expects immediate payment for services rendered or you are dropped from weekly service. Was challenged to handle a liner replacement for a pool with a high-water table. Illegally pumped pool water into VA Beach septic system. Kept telling me I have water running from my yard into the pool, when the pool sits higher than the …

We had our liner replaced and it only took 2 days. The crew was Very professional , price very competitive and David and Chris were just heaven sent … explained the whole process and was there afterwards to answer questions and concerns as far maintenance and upkeep. I would recommend them 1000 times without hesitation. Give them a Call.

David handled the job from start to finish and got it done quickly. He was responsive, gave smart suggestions that helped save money on repairs, and his pricing was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use him again.

We had issues with getting proper service with this company, specifically the person they had cleaning our pool, Hunter. They missed a scheduled date once, no big deal but at first they tried to tell us that they had come. Then it became consistent. Three times in a row they missed our day and I'm not sure if they would have shown up at all if I didn't say anything. I began questioning if they were actually cleaning our pool. Virginia Certified Pools owner and staff are the best ever. From coming out to assess our pool problems. Measuring the liner and doing the repairs to the bottom they were the most pleasant group of people to deal with. Problems were not if their making. Weather played a huge part in the timeframe but they monitored everyday and worked when they could between rain clouds. If you are looking for a pool company, they are the best.
