I hired Ware Landscaping to route several downspouts to the storm sewer located next to my home. Overall, I had a good experience with them. They handled the permit process, worked quickly, and got the project completed efficiently. The crew was professional and knowledgeable, and they addressed any concerns I had after the project was finished without giving me a hard time. I researched my standing water problem with two other landscape companies before finding Mike Ware Landscaping. After five minutes conversation, I knew this man was a professional and was truly looking out for my best interest. I was amazed at how fast the Landscaping technicians began the project after I signed the contract. Mike thought it might be a two day project but they ended up completing the entire job in one day. I enlisted Ware to help with a spring clean up earlier this month so I could get new mulch and plants trimmed/cleaned up. After paying deposit, it took forever to finally get them scheduled to come and start the work (I had to follow up at least 5 times). It took me awhile to schedule services, and they kept telling me someone will call me back or they'll be here on a day they didn't even show up (with NO notice). I originally rated a 1 star, but I have adjusted it to a 3 because Jurie came out and got the ball rolling again. He was thorough, very gracious, and addressed every concern we had. If he is able to deliver what was promised this review will become a 5 star, original hardships included. I want to believe in them! Stay tuned. Here was my original 1 star review. I hired Ware Landscaping to install a backyard French drain system, and the entire process was the most frustrating experience I've had with a contractor. We used them for lawn maintenance and mulch. They were very reliable and always showed up. Our bushes and ground cover were trimmed always and looked amazing. Highly recommend them :)
