We had an excellent experience with Lotus Pools. They resurfaced our pool, installed new tile, added a saltwater system, and later installed a new pool heater. From day one, Skip was professional, responsive, and communicative. Daniel came in and took control and advised how the project should be completed. The pool was drained, cleaned, cracks repaired on the fiberglass and plaster, then painted with the selected color. We are very happy and it looks fantastic. We highly recommend Lotus Pools.

Skip and lotus pools are by far the best pool company I have ever used. I have tried many many pool companies, I have never been happy, they come when you're not at home, they aren't transparent with service. Lotus pools was awesome, great communication, walked me through the whole process, came when somebody was home! Highly recommend

We're very pleased with Lotus Pools. We used them for the first time for a pool opening recently. Scheduling was easy, they provided clear instructions on what to expect and how to prepare, and they were on time. The technicians who opened our pool were respectful, professional, clean and friendly. Daniel took the time to clearly explain our next steps. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Do NOT, and I mean DO NOT use this company for anything. NOTHING. The whole construction process was wrong, they didn’t follow any plans that were approved, concrete after 4 years is cracking all over the place and has huge chunks popping off and looks terrible and now told too bad, the person who did the concrete went bankrupt so too bad. TOO BAD! The customer service is horrendous too. Everything about our pool build except for the actual fiberglass pool was wrong. We got lucky our village even approved it. I recently moved my pool service needs to Lotus. My first service call was for a heater repair. Roberto was my tech, and he did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be requesting him for my future service needs! Nice job Roberto!

Bravo and his team did an excellent and efficient job draining and cleaning my pool. They took the extra time to get into the more detailed work. Very highly recommended

Here it goes again, Bravo shows up and fixes the problem. We had a little hick-up after this week’s maintenance work and we couldn’t prime the pump, but Bravo shows up and everything gets fixed. I just want to say how appreciative I am for someone like Bravo just showing up and knowing what needs to be done.

Overall, very happy with the services provided. The crews (especially Bravo) are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions. The office staff are helpful and patient as well and answer my questions and will help me diagnose any issues I have.

Very disappointed with Lotus Pools. We decided to give them a try because their pricing was lower than other companies, but in the end, it wasn't worth the savings. I would much rather pay more for a company that knows what they're doing so we can actually enjoy our pool. Before hiring Lotus Pools, we had never had issues with algae or cloudy water. After they began servicing our pool, we suddenly had both. Instead of resolving the problem, we were given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't get the pool clear.
