Caribbean Pools installed our pool a few years ago! The whole process went wonderful. They also handle our weekly chemicals and have did cleanings over the years. They are always quick if we need any service. Customer service is amazing and our account manager Natalie is always so helpful.

Caribbean installed my pool in the mid 90s Caribbean has taken care of the maintenance any and all service/repairs since then I always refer them out as they are the best in my opinion I have never had an issue with them. They go above and beyond to solve any problems, I may be having with my Pool whether it’s a cloudy water, problem or mechanical. I have read/heard comments, people stating that they are too pricey however, you get what you pay for no surprises here

Fantastic & Reliable Team at Caribbean Pools. Today they were out to make sure we had a swim ready Memorial Day! Anthony is great as our service manager representative, assists and always very responsive! Today Mike was out to check the heater and Brad did an amazing job servicing and cleaning the pool. They installed our pool in 2013 and have been providing reliable service 13+ years! Thank You! Highly Recommend!

We have had our pool for four years now and Caribbean has been there every step of the way. From installation, openings, closing and weekly service they have always been very professional and provide outstanding service and communication. Every summer, we know our pool is always ready to use.

I have been with Caribbean Pools for six years since I purchased this house and inherited the pool with it. I use them for their complete service and they have never let me down. Only one time in six years did it start to get a little cloudy and they came out the next day and corrected it. Very pleased. This year I had the liner replaced as well as other service, and the prices were extremely reasonable.
