I thought this level of service was impossible to get until I met Duane! Prompt, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest! He replaced my pump on a holiday weekend in record time after I botched the job trying to do it myself. I will certainly call him again for any pool related repairs!

As all of these other reviews claim. Duane is awesome! I’m new to pool ownership and started with a very old system. After I found a crack in my filter he was my first call after seeing all of these other reviews. He had me up and running with a new filter in less than 48 hours. He also sent me some instructional videos he made to help me navigate everything. I will absolutely be calling Duane for any help in the future.

You can pay more and you may even be able to pay less. But you would be hard pressed to match the expertise, knowledge, cost, and friendly service of Duane Heckman of WaterBender Pool Repair. There are obviously a multitude of pool repair services in the Phoenix area. Choosing one can be a crap shoot. We chose WaterBender because they were close to our home and we're really pleased that we did. Quick response, quality work, very reasonable charges, and thoughtful followup. Duane has become our go to pool guy. Highly recommend.

It is rare theses days to run across an honest good pool repair business you can rely on. I am a 65 year old retired teacher so that means a very limited income. Years ago I got a $1200 -$2000 + estimate to repair/ replace my 3year old filter motor, Duane stopped by and told me it was just a dirty filter he took the time to show me how to safely open my filter and taught me how to clean and replace the cartridges. In a world where you don't always know who to trust, what a relief it was to find Duane. He came out and looked at my pump and electrical mess, found the problems, and fixed them all on a Sunday! It was 110 degrees outside, and he worked through it to solve my problem. He is super smart, and charges a fair price. I just wish I would have found him sooner!
