Purchased my spa from West Virginia pools and spas and they refused to service the spa when I needed repair. They stated they stopped dealing with a specific vendor and no longer serviced that model. Poor customer service. Maybe they can convince you to buy a spa from their company but take the free advise and find another dealer that will service your spa and honor the contract.
The staff here was super helpful and friendly. There was zero pressure to make a purchase, just genuinely concerned with getting us the information we needed to make a good decision for ourselves.
Horrible customer service. Installed wrong pool, contractors THEY referred us to use damaged our yard, glued hoses into filter and skimmer, triedto charge us over double what they told us, then threatened my husband when he said no way ...many more issues..too much to name.
As a new pool owner, WV Pools and Spa has been excellent at helping me learn how to effectively treat and maintain my pool.
