In the muddled world of pool construction in Wichita, KS we stumbled upon a shining star. Wichita Pools was responsive, helpful and guided us at every turn. Chad Allen, Carlos and the rest of the crew were very friendly and professional throughout the build. We happened to pick a record setting rainy season (in my lifetime) for our pool build. Communication was on point the whole time. We love our backyard oasis. Thank you Wichita Pools.

He is very nice, friendly and helpful when he answers or shows up. But in my experience he did 3/4 of the job, never came Back or answered my calls or text again. He waited 3 months to send me an overpriced bill of over $700 to “open” the pool. I paid the bill with a check as requested that month. He called me 6 months the later and said he had not cashed the check and wanted to make sure it was still active. I said yes so he cashed the check. He has since sent me 2 more bills with late payments penalties. lol. This business has added stress and wasted way to much of my time.

I paid wichita pools for a new liner cover and stair repair. I was assured the stairs could be repaired and would not need to be replaced. Danny showed up with an angle grinder and some epoxy from the hardware store. Obviously he had no idea what he was doing. Now I am stuck with a repair that made the steps worse than what they were and they want me to pay for another liner to repair the steps. And oh ya they had the balls to charge me for this mess.

Now these folks know what they are doing. My pool maintenance is always kept up. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Wichita pools to all my friends.

Not only was the team extremely knowledgeable and professional.. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I have a safe stress free summer living in our pool!! I can't thank Danny and his amazing team enough for everything they have given back to me!!
