McKenzie was welcoming and helpful. I had placed my phone on the counter and she was attentive to bring it to me before I left the store. She also took the time to explain the water testing to my young friend that came with me. Always a helpful experience here and my pool remains clean.

I love Wind Surf and Sail. My family has gone here the entire time we’ve had a pool. The atmosphere is unbeatable. They have coy fish, a coffee bar, and a great selection of pool supplies. The workers are approachable and kind. I recommend Wind Surf and Sail to all pool owners.

30+ years of being a customer and my parents have been told for 3 weeks they’d get to their pool and that we’re 5th in line and yet they still have an unopened pool. 4 days of zero rain and we only moved 1 spot. This place is a joke. Find a better place. You’ll just be waiting half the summer to use your pool.

This year (March 2018) when we decided to get an inground pool we called FIVE companies. 2 companies gave us a quote over the phone, 2 didn't call us back and Wind Surf & Sail set an appointment the very next day, for the owner to come to our house to meet us in person. We decided that since they came to our home to assess the yard and go over everything in person, that if we felt their price was competitive we wanted to give them our business. Well, I’ve only had one experience thus far at the store. If you’re sensitive to smells, as soon as you walk into the store I mean it’s a strong strong chlorine smell, which is 100% to be expected because they have a giant pool in the center of the store, because it is a pool store after all, but when you walk in the door that chlorine smell really punches you in the nose lol but you get used to it when you walk around the store. A year ago I requested, they come out and change the sand in my filter. I was obviously on one hell of a long list cause they didn't get to me until the first week of june. They came and did it while I was gone. I wish they would leave instructions about having to backwash and rinse it really good prior to running. I don't think they cleaned the filter out really good during their process because I'm getting nothing but green algae Floating in my pool and my pool was immaculately clean prior to the sand change. Please include on the paperwork that the customer needs to backwash and rinse first…

Shame on you for sending people out to basically pull the winter cover off and let all the gross spill into the pool and leave it that way. If this is the way you open a pool for a elderly veteran you should be ashamed of yourself!
