The process of purchasing a home with WPG has been excellent. We became interested in WPG at University Park early in their development of the neighborhood. Only a few homes were built and occupied at the time. We visited Tom Laurita and the model homes too many times to count. We decided on the single story Esprit home. We were lucky to get in early and choose a lot that we still are very happy with. Tom was very helpful throughout the long process of building, purchasing and finding vendors that would provide services after the home was delivered. Overall Satisfaction: The overall experience has been incredibly frustrating. While the homes look beautiful at first glance, it doesn’t take long after moving in to realize how many issues they have. Some problems are minor and easy to overlook, as they are more superficial or cosmetic, but experiencing electrical failures in a brand-new build is unacceptable. The kitchen electrical has already failed once, giving out completely, and the constant flickering throughout the house continues to cause ongoing problems.
