We’ve had continual problems with this company, not a one-time issue. NUMEROUS times After being told the pool had been cleaned, we found it still green with debris and requiring a return visit. They said chemicals had been added but added it on the return visit after our complaint. Following service, a hose was left attached to the pool system and the equipment was not restored properly. They serviced my pool for a few months and my whole pool turned brown. When I hired a new company, they measured the chlorine and it was almost at zero. Wrx tech had setup my salt system wrongly causing almost no chlorine generation. No one at wrx took responsibility of it.
