Many thanks to Adam and crew at Xtreme Pool Builders for helping us realize the dream for our backyard oasis! We couldn't be happier. The "Haven" as we call it is everything we dreamed it could be. Adam was very attentive to our vision, communicative and executed the vision perfectly. I’ve had 3 pools done and Extreme has been the best with info provided with any issues etc. all them other pool company’s came and stole my money not extreme tho.! I wasn’t worried about a single thing! From talking to the girls in the office to Jason the project supervisor. They literally answered all my questions! If you need a pool done call them !

These guys were absolutely terrible to deal with. It took us over two years from when the project started until they decided to not finish the project. They argued with the township and refused to comply with what was required to complete the pool installation. Getting ahold of them was almost impossible at times. We had to hire another pool company and a hardscape company to complete the project.

Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The installation was delayed multiple times. One of the first delays happened because they “forgot” that our contract included removing a tree before the pool installation. The original electrician they sent never provided proof that he was licensed despite us requesting it multiple times. We ultimately demanded a different electrician after we noticed multiple mistakes with his work. When the started digging they destroyed our backyard sprinkler system, which we had to pay out of pocket to have repaired. …

My niece has had nothing but trouble with this company from day one! They sure took the payment but when things go wrong and you call and call and call without calls being returned you get frustrated and if they are returned promises are made but not kept! These pools aren’t cheap people work hard and they deserve a great product from a company that backs their products and installation, unfortunately it’s not Extreme Pools!
