Wish I could give them 10 Stars! My wife and I met with Mardi the end of March and middle of April we signed our contract . Permits were issued and they were digging by April 22 . Needles to say june 6 we were swimming! Unbelievable workmanship! Process was so smooth and were still amazed ! Comming from a small business owner myself ( Lost In Time Clock Repair ) Yandles are doing things right ! Thank you all at yandles that helped make this happen!

Yandle's transformed our backyard into a beautiful pool and spa with plenty of decking surrounding them. The finished product is fantastic and our grandkids are having a blast, especially jumping or diving in the deep end. There were a couple of snags along the way. They removed or destroyed almost all of our grass in the backyard, and when they finalized the grating of the area around the pool they didn't remove the debris (rocks, roots, pieces of cement, etc.) properly. From the initial on site meeting with Mike to the selection of tile and colors this has been a great experience. Although it's awhile before we break ground, I'm sure the end result will be awesome. Will update as we progress. ### Update ### Mid Feb started construction. Have the pool shell poured. Late April all the plumbing installed. Waiting on inspector to approve. Big wait was for letting the pool shell harden. Can't rush that part. Pool all finished July. Did some changes during the construction and Yandles accommodated no problem. We began talking to pool builders before our house was built. We looked at several bids, met with various companies and spoke with others in the community about their experience. After meeting at least twice with Henrietta and making several adjustments in our plan we decided on Yandle's Splash Time Pools. Henrietta worked with us until we decided on our final design. I am very upset. I am elderly and bought a new home to raise my grandchildren. I was not living in it. I picked Yandle for my pool builder. After the pool was built, I found my sprinkler system broken and leaking. NO ONE at Yandel told me I needed to have it moved. Now I’m in a big mess. No sprinklers, pipes leaking and they said it was in the contract. They knew from the beginning I wasn’t living there yet. I am so disappointed by the dismissiveness that they are sorry no one told me to have this done before the build but it is in the fine print. For a big company you would think they would h…

Two of my neighbors had already started their pool construction when Yandle’s began ours. Our pool was completely finished and our neighbors were still waiting for months to swim.
