Called to get a quote on my pool, was texting the service man to set up a time to come by, and he started texting me pictures of my backyard. He never asked me if it was OK to stop by, I wasn’t even home. he didn’t even knock, he just came into my backyard. My in-laws who are visiting were scared because there was a stranger walking around. Who does that? He also quoted me an insane price on a bunch of stuff that I know for certain that I don’t need and he wouldn’t know either unless he tested my water. I am a pool owner and have used this pool service for the last 3 seasons. The quality of the chemical automation is great, they always come on time, and their rates are fair. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their pool.

I have a pool and have tried to fix it myself but it's just not working. I was about to spend another thousand dollars on new equipment when I found this business.
