We used this pool company for the first time this year for our pool opening and spring cleaning service, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. After the opening, we had a minor issue with some equipment, and the owner personally stopped by to help us get everything up and running again. Just had my pool opened by 716 pool service. Excellent communication prior to appointment, very professional, knowledgeable about all aspects of pool service. The three man crew rocked it out and my pool looked amazing by the time they left. I will recommend this company to all my pool owner friends.

Matt and the team at 716 Pool Service are excellent. We used their service for a spring cleaning and the pool is spotless. What usually would have take more than a full weekend of repeated vacuuming and rewashing the filter was complete in no time.

We have used Matt's service to open, close and maintain our pool for the last 3 years. This year we had to open our pool late because our gazebo blew into the pool during the wind storm over the winter, we had to wait for the ice to melt and wait for someone to remove the gazebo. So my husband texts Matt twice, asking if we can schedule an opening and he finally gets back to him and said he can't fit us in. I could understand if we were a new customer and the company had never been to the property and he had to complete a consultation for a first time appointment, and that takes extra time …
