Tom and Thomas were both fantastic. My husband and I are new home-owners that just moved in and have an in-ground pool that hasn’t been opened in 2-3 years. They had a cancellation and showed up the day we called to help open a very, very dirty pool. They both taught us how everything worked for the pool so we could continue to take care of it. These guys rock. They take a lot of pride in their work.

Thomas and Tom were amazing. They are very friendly and make you feel like family. I'm so glad I gave WNY Pool Services a call. They got the job done quick, effectively and gave me extra knowledge to help keep my pool going throughout the summer. They also added in tips to help with the opening process next year. I will definitely be calling for my closing and asking for Thomas and Tom again. Bonus points to them as they got along great with my dog

Tom and Tom opened our above ground pool and we are very pleased with the results. They worked fast and efficiently while also checking in to ask preferences and keep us updated. All items were put away where we asked them to be placed and the clean-up had us ready for next steps. As this is our first summer with a pool, Tom answered all my questions and also gave me helpful advice for general upkeep and long term maintenance, which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend their service and plan to have them close when the season ends.

Tom and Marshall were our techs. They worked efficiently and very hard to make sure that our pool was adequately and safely opened. Tom took a bunch of time to go over the details with us and answer our many questions that we had so that we could feel confident in maintaining the pool. He was very polite and helpful! Overall we are very pleased with our experience!

They were amazing from start to finish. Beth answered every question I had and even anticipated some I hadn’t thought to ask. The installation was professional, and the installers took the time to explain our new pump thoroughly and make sure we understood everything. I would absolutely recommend them!

Our pool opening went smoothly. It took Jeremy and William a little more than an hour. I was disappointed that the new heater on and off switch hadn’t been previously ordered. The pool water is actually blue! We usually have to wait a few days to see that.
