Hired A1 late last year for our pool project and I could not be any happier with the decision to go with them. Mario and his team went above and beyond with everything they did. Guided me with ideas on what to do and what not to do. Mario is super responsive and professional. Pool came out great and we are enjoying it every day.

A1 indicated they would come out to handle a service call on my pool “ end of June” which was 7 weeks from when i called. I waited and called a couple times to nail down the day with never an answer. After 7 weeks, the owner said they are not coming at all with no apology or discussion. I asked for owner to call me as that seemed unacceptable. No call. This is now way to run a business.

I am so EXTREMELY disappointed with this company all around. Their behavior since the beginning has been, and continues to be, unacceptable. This company DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY. They refuse to completely fix a problem we’ve had since installation by never calling us back to schedule an appointment! When we first had them come install our in-ground pool liner, they told us they would call to let us know when they were coming to drain the pool and begin the work. THEY DID NOT CALL. They showed up when we were not home and began draining the pool into a portion of our yard …

Mario and the rest of the team at A-1 have been awesome from the design of our pool and patio through annual service. In addition, the spa that we bought from them gives my family year-round enjoyment. We maintain our pool and spa perfectly with support and supplies from the store. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a great pool or spa.
