*DISCLAIMER, If I could give ZERO stars I would, but google reviews does not allow* BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Dealing with Luxgen pools has been the worst experiences of my life. I was fooled, John is a 100% scam artist that has zero sense of customer service, respect for time and consistently spews out lie after lie! I contracted them back in November of 2021 and the pool was not completed until JULY 2024! Yes nearly 3 years of excuse after excuse of WHY it was taking so long. John has helped me several times with problems our older pool has had over the past few years, He has gone above and beyond to make repairs that left unresolved could have been disastrous for our pool. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining issues and solutions. John and his staff respond to calls in a timely manner and are very reliable. Luxgen Pools are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!

I purchased a house in 2009 with an inground pool. I spent many years fighting with it getting the chemicals right and never seemed to get the job done correctly. I began working with John from Luxgen in 2011-2012. John knows his stuff and was able to help me not only maintain my pool but when it was time Luxgen was able to help me make the real changes I wanted. In the course of just a few days John and his team were able to install a new filtration system with salt generator, multi speed pump and heater all tied together with an automation controller that actually works with my Amazon Alexa.…

We found Luxgen Pools & Spas at a local home show and was very impressed with the owner, (John) by his candid and honest replies to numerous questions. A few months later after reviewing other fiberglass pool installers. We purchased a large pool and spa with Luxgen and true to his word, a tanning ledge was included at no fee. Our home location was a challenge but Luxgen worked through the issues including dealing with trucking delivery of the large pool. I used John both at my residence and at my work office, he is/was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the building, maintenance and repair of the pools. The pool construction was top notch and done in a way that you knew he took pride in what he was doing. From his many years of experience, John has many contacts to get u the equipment and products you need at a discounted price. He also is very responsive to any needs/repairs that arise

John and his team transformed our backyard into a quality award winning backyard oasis. He not only listened to our needs and wants but paid attention to the details and went above and beyond our expectations. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY TO WORK FOR YOU. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FRAUD. I HAVE JUST SUED HIM TO THE SUPREME COURT FOR POOR PERFORMANCE. HE OVERCHARGES ME EVERY STEP OF THE PROJECT. $50,000 to $90,000. I hired Luxgen to build a pool and a hot I tub. In the end, the price was more than double what we agreed upon. One year later today, John and Luxgen pool have not delivered the pool cover. In fact I paid for the cover in full since November 2020. John and Luxgen pool left my property in a big mess, rocks, dirt, and other debris. I had to hire other contractors to finish my yard.
