Chester came out to my house to look at my hot tub it had a bad leak and he did a Great Job fixing it and a few other issues. I highly recommend him for your hot tub repairs/service. Chester is an honest person. He told me exactly what was needed to repair my tub and the quote he gave me was less than what it ended up being. He was very thorough and even explained something’s about my hot tub that I never knew. He also fine tuned a few things that was not even on the list of things. Chester visited my home 3 times to ensure my hot tub, with several problems, was fixed. First visit for trouble shooting and estimate. After receiving parts, he came out and repaired my display, cut and added new piping for my drain where leak was found, and cleared out my impeller, which returned my jets to 100%. He even returned a 3rd time to add a connector to my drain tube for easier draining. Chester was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

Chester was amazing. He came and fixed everything and was superb. He gave me all the education about the spa and went above and beyond his call of duty. He not only fixed my hot tub and took his time, he spent an enormous amount of his time educating and supplying me with everything I needed for my hot tub. Thumbs up to Chester. Chester (the owner) was very prompt and great to deal with. My pool pump quit working and he was able to locate parts and give me options for repair or replacement. The service call was completed in a timely manner and he was very professional. I would definitely use his company again.

After having issues with my spa not heating and having my regular company come to diagnose the problem twice, I wasn’t getting a great feeling. Enter Chester from A1 Spa and Pool Repair. I spoke with him on the phone and explained my issue and I instantly felt that he was going to be able to resolve the problem. He DID!! A1 is a locally owned repair company. It was refreshing to have someone so skilled and professional work on my pool. Mr. C is honest and dedicated to completing the job and his expertise is so hard to find. His pricing is fair. I have used less professional and less knowledgeable companies in the past but now A1 is my permanent pool repair technician for the future.

Based on positive reviews & locally owned I contacted A1 on March 28th & spoke to the owner about leaky jets on my spa. He advised me that he was scheduling 3 weeks out & asked me to send pictures of the leaks in my spa. Three weeks was no problem so I sent the requested pictures the same day. He acknowledged receipt. On April 9th I sent a text stating that I just wanted to be sure that I was on his schedule. I received NO RESPONSE. On April 25th (four weeks out) I called.
