Growing up in Alden, we always went to Alden Pools & Play for all of our pool needs. After recently moving to South Carolina, we were shocked by the prices of above-ground pools here. I reached out to Matt at Alden Pools & Play to see if they had ever shipped pools out of state, and he said absolutely! Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We met with the team from Alden Pools and play last fall and began the process of getting an In ground pool this spring. Everything including the price was awesome. From the first meeting, to install and the communication was perfect. One of the owners worked with us to start and another was actually on site making sure everything was to our liking and going well. I would absolutely recommend the to anyone who is looking to get a pool. We are so happy with our pool! The guys that did all the construction work on the pool were great. They came day after day to get the pool up and running. Whenever I had questions I reached out to Chris and Matt and they were pretty responsive. The thing I would keep in mind when purchasing a pool is be patient. I did my homework but from start to finish it takes about a month. That includes installing pool (inground),electric hookup, concrete and fence. I would not hesitate to recommend Alden Pool and Play but bear in mind that you have to act as your own general contractor on the overall pro…

We are VERY happy with our pool. Matt, Josh and team are honest, hard working people. They truly cared to get the job done right... and they did! Matt was the contact person for us. Matt was very responsive to answer all of our questions, even after the installation was completed. MCI Concrete partners with Alden Pools. Rick and his team understand concrete. Our pool patio and retaining wall are beautiful. We would hire them again.

Matt & Chris were great to work with on designing our pool. Everyone I dealt with from Alden pools while planning and during the entire install process were very professional, and honest. Matt and Chris are also still very helpful even after finishing the pool with any questions or concerns I have. I would absolutely recommend Alden pools to anyone looking for a pool!

It’s been a few years since we got our Radient semi inground installed by Matt and team- but we absolutely love the work they do and the customer service they still provide us. We’ve had some heater issues and Matt and Russ have been quick to help.

Good pricing and great service. Very knowledgeable. Whenever I need anything for my pool they have it in stock. I can always count on them for answers when I had tough questions from installation to chemicals and products.

We would like to share our pool installation experience with Alden Pools. After being delayed by our local inspector staff, Alden Pools was very promt on rescheduling our pool install. The pool is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough good things about the ownership, customer relations and install crew.They answered all of our questions and were very considerate. I highly recommend you call them and get a quote on your new pool.
