The 30 year liner warranty is NOT accurate. Our liner ripped and because it was right above the seam and not the seam they don’t cover. The pool is 5 years old and it shouldn’t have ripped due to the harsh weather since it was professionally winterized by a company that has been winterizing and cleaning it for years. The small plastic pieces that go over where the top white edges meet in the corners constantly fall off and break. So now we had to buy a new liner and had to buy the other pieces for a pool that’s 5 years old. It’s a 12x24 pool that is 4 foot going to 5.5 feet. So don’t expect he…

It's been almost three years since we got our Kayak Pool and we can't be more happier. Our kids are 15 and 13 and they love it, especially when friends are over. Mary is an amazing person who helped us throughout the whole process. Her responsiveness, customer focus and expertise is above and beyond. Chris and his team built it in just a few hours with a deep end. Not only is the quality and craftsmanship excellent but the professionalism of the staff made Kayak Pools a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I have been dreaming of owning a Kayak pool for quite some time. After one phone call..we had delivery and installation of our new pool in just over 2 weeks! Thanks to Mary who drove over 4 hours to come to our home to explain everything about the construction and other aspects of the pool, Tina who handled all of the “office” work, explaining whatever questions we had and to Chris and his crew who did an excellent job on the installation! We are very happy with our purchase of our Kayak pool and would highly recommend them if you are thinking of a new pool!!

We had our new Kayak pool installed Monday. It was a crazy hot day and we have a very sloped yard. Rob and his crew did an amazing job with the install and had it complete in one day. The pool is placed in the exact spot we requested as we only had a few inches to work with between our existing deck and fence gate. From the sale, the product quality, and the installation we couldn’t be happier. AWESOME JOB! Thank you Kayak!!!

I am so disappointed I went with Kayak. No timeline. No customer service. I have been given nothing but excuses and vague non-answers. Whoever I talk to, it never seems to be their job to help me. They had no problem taking our money, but I'm wondering at what point are they not holding up their contract. It's just too expensive to not work with their customers.

I had an excellent experience with Kayak Pools from start to finish. Mary in the sales department was outstanding—very detail-oriented, took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, and made sure the pool we selected was exactly what I wanted and needed. Tina in sales support was equally impressive. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions throughout the entire process, and made sure everything met my expectations both before and after delivery.
