Haleigh is my go to for all my pool and sauna questions when I NEED answers quick, my concerns when I am in doubt about chemicals, and my pool and sauna solutions when I have problems. Her calming explanations make exercising the required patience easy. The whole crew is always ready and eager to help with a smile. What a fantastic company to work with! They did a liner and filtration system replacement project for us and knocked it out of the park. If you're lucky enough to work with Damon, he is an excellent communicator and quality pool pro. The folks at the office were excellent at communicating with me as well. Filling it up now!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with All America Pool! The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. A special thank you to Michelle, Michael, and Dawn — they are absolutely amazing. Michelle is always friendly and responsive, Michael’s expertise and attention to detail really stand out, and Dawn is incredibly helpful and kind. Had an older liner replaced by All America. Completely painless process. Timelines, costs and ordering processes were well explained at the beginning. Communication was great from the front office. The install crew were efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would highly recommend

Been a customer since 2020. Purchased our pool during the hype of COVID and shortages. Michelle made an in-person visit to measure our area we’d like our pool. Gave us options to choose from. We ended up going to the Dixie Hwy location and working with Alyson H on what was best for us and our budget. Made purchase in May 2020 and installed Dec 2020. While this was frustrating it was out of their control. Michelle and Alyson kept us in the loop as much as they could. If you want an honest answer and need your pool within a particular time frame, DO NOT purchase from here. I went in the store April 12th and made a purchase. Received a call from the installer with an install date of June 3rd (yay)! Wait for it…….. Installer called back on June 1st to tell me she had to cancel because the pool store told her to do so. No call from the store though, just the installer ( thank you Pool King). Had to call and was told the wrong pool came, it will be another 2 weeks. Here it is OVER 2 weeks and yet to receive a call with an update or even an apology for the dela…
