The foundation at our house was sinking causing a large crack in the concrete slab of our house. They came and installed pilings to jack the foundation back up. They dug four or five holes into a flower bed we have directly on the foundation wall to get down to the bottom. The photos I've attached are what it looks like after, they did a good job at putting the stone and plants back in place. Overall I'd say they did an excellent job from start to finish, I'd highly recommend them for your foundation needs. This was the second time I’ve hired United Dynamics. The first job was for basement foundation cracks and this time my garage floor needed to be fixed. Both times United Dynamics gave me the best price and did a great job. I was having driveway work done so Logan was able to work with his scheduling team and get me scheduled the same week! Tray and Aiden showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done. 🙌🏼 Highly recommend this company!

United Dynamics was absolutely amazing! They were friendly and respectful! The job took 3.5 days and they never left my home with a mess! They respected our property and ensured they were doing everything to protect it. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!

Howard, sales, was honest, straightforward and generously shared his knowledge how from his decades of experience. Then the crew arrived…. Alberto, Chris and Jesus were AWESOME. The crew from United did a great job, were professional and answered any and all questions we had. They took time to ensure the work was completed as we had hoped. They also spent time with all of the finishing details regarding the necessary caulking, mortar and concrete work. Very thankful for all their work and I highly recommend. United Dynamics has been great to work with! They responded quickly to my call about a crack in my foundation wall and got Nick out here to evaluate it. Nick explained everything thoroughly and helped identify what could have caused it. He got a team out very quickly to repair it. This company is top notch. They responded to every concern and were meticulous to get the concrete slab back to original height and slope. Took them more time than they had estimated but they stuck with it until it was right. From sales to the job site workers all were professional and easy to work with. One of the best contractors that I have ever worked with and compared to many of the other highly advertised slab lifters, they are reasonably priced. Thank you United Dynamics!

The company was great at communicating and responsive to questions. The crew completed the work to our satisfaction and was attentive to our requests. They took great measures to minimize damage to our landscaping.
