This was the worst experience I have ever had in Prescott. I’ve been here for 27 years and never been treated like this by a so called professional. He said he didn’t need to hot tub drained that he’d use plugs for it so I didn’t drain it. I had to leave town so I paid him for the work he was going to do. I trusted he’d do a good job. That’s on me for trusting someone. He drained the tub swapped out the part and never bothered to test it or even fill it back up to make sure everything worked. Matt was awesome to work with punctual I went over and beyond to fix multiple leaks in my Hot Springs hot tub. Even changed the pump out for me a very reasonable price! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!! Ryan

Jeff with All American Residential Services got our 30 year old 3 person Charisma Spa up and running. He had to order a part but he was back in a couple of days. I had another company come first and all he said was that our spa was just too old and no one would work on it. It turned out all that was wrong was the timer. Jeff said I have a nice looking spa. Also his invoice was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jeff and his company, I can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you Jeff

I am giving this company a 5 star review based on my personal experience with them. I purchased a home with an older spa and it started leaking. The next day after I called, Jeff and son came to my home and assessed the leaking problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable about my spa, and installed new seals where it was leaking. Also found a part that was not working and returned the next day and replaced it. All this took place on The weekend and did not charge me overtime. I find them to be honest and trustworthy and I will call them when I need my spa repaired.
