CJ and team are an amazingly dedicated supplier/partner. After several attempts, we finally found a pool and spa services that is competent and committed to keeping our guests satisfied. They go above and beyond to triage and solve problems. Our pool and hot tubs are much better off today thanks to Pool Medic.

CJ was awesome. I called on a Monday afternoon with bad cloudy pool problems and CJ was there at 7AM the next morning. He did an initial treatment and after a few days we determined I needed a new filter, which i kind of knew already. He said the sand filters don't work well with the hard well water. He ordered the filter and showed up to my house the day after it arrived in office. The install was very professional looking and he answered all my questions. I learned a lot about pool chemistry. I have had every pool service company service and maintain my pool in Sedona. Everyone of them were so inferior to the service that Cj provides. He has maintained and serviced my pool for 4 years nothing but five stars.

I highly recommend Pool Medic. Our pool was turning green, and we were told by another local pool service that it needed to be drained and pressure washed. We called Pool Medic for a 2nd opinion, and CJ came out right away, even though he was very busy. He said we did not need to drain it, and he could get it right. He repaired and replaced some of the equipment, which was most of the problem. He used the right chemicals, and understood we have very hard well water which needed a different approach.
