all pure pool service was supposed to replace my pool pump. Worked with them for two months communicating back-and-forth in regards to my home warranty paying for the service once it was approved and my repairs were supposed to get done the repair guy informs me that they don’t work with home warranty companies, and that I would have to pay it in full. The poor and lack of communication of there policies from the beginning when dealing with everyone there and them, not knowing their own policies is ridiculous and is poor customer service to the fullest.

If I could give these guys minus 100 stars I would. Absolutely do not know what they are you doing. Sending unprofessional guy all the time. He calls his boss to figure out things. All he does just cleans the pool with the net and adds chemicals. C’mon now I can do it myself. Any issue further than cleaning and adding chemical throw him over the board. Not only him but looks like the whole company but maybe the owner? I never saw the owner tho.. cannot speak to his pool knowledge/fixing skills. Sends a bill for nothing. Friendly service folks onsite. Office is responsive, call back when they say they will, etc. I've used them for years, and the pool looks great.
