We’ve been using Pure Pool Solutions for 5 years and we LOVE our service technician Sergio!!! We’ve had the same technician and he does a great job, very thorough, and I love the status reports we get each week that even includes a photo. The owners Mike & Michele are very responsive and knowledgeable, and we couldn’t be happier with their service!

Mike and his team are wonderful to work with ~ I use them for all of my pool inspections and repair services for my real estate clients. They are professional, dependable and always willing to step up when needed.

Great service and responsiveness. My heater needed service and I called Pure Pool, they responded right away and had a service person out within 2 days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend you call them if you are in need of service.

So impressed with the folks at Pure Pool Solutions. I had a bit of an urgent issue that needed repair. Called around and Michele, owner, was incredibly helpful and arranged for her tech to come out next day! Carlos showed up the next day and knew what the problem was immediately. He had it resolved in short order and even provided helpful tips and information on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I've got this company programmed in my phone now and wouldn't hesitate to call again or recommend them. Thank you Michele and Carlos!

We have used Pure Pool Solutions for our weekly pool service for a handful of years. They are so reliable with the same technician coming every week. Other companies had different people each week. They send an email report after service so you are never left guessing if they came or not. Everyone I have worked with from the weekly technician, filter cleaners, and the owners are wonderful.
