Had Allen give estimate for leak near auto water leveler in backyard. Hired to fix underground pipes & asked him to check auto water leveler as well. Was told AWL need to be replaced. When I expressed concern that I couldn't be home while repairs were done was told "we will take pictures of work if we detect any leaks after replacing AWL." Repair techs left cover open to my variable speed pool pump during week of rain & again when they came back to complete job. When I received invoice for replacement of AWL and 4 more leaks detected that was an extra $1550.00 I requested pictures of work and…

Allen was amazing. On Sunday morning I noticed our heater for the pool wasn't working so I call Allen told him my sob story that we were having a Birthday party today and the pool had to be heated the whole family was coming over to swim. He came over within 15 mins and had the issue fixed within 5 mins. Super knowledgeable, knew what the problem was right away, and professional. Thanks Allen we really appreciate you.
Allen came out very quickly after our call and helped us fix our green pool! He taught us about the pool equipment so we could be better informed. Really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!
Can’t say enough, our pool guy took 3 weeks to get back to us regarding a heat pump, a friend recommended Allen’s . Called him up and he had it ordered and installed in a week. Just in time for the cooler months, very professional and kind. Wish he was in our area I’d have them do maintenance !
