Amazing service at Amazing Pools! We've had our pool serviced by them for about a year now and have been very pleased with their pool maintenance. In addition, recently we upgraded our pool filter and pump, and converted to a salt water system. Jose, Joanna and Xavier have been fantastic, always courteous, professional, prompt and knowledgable. They have always been there for us, answering our questions, providing great service and working hard. I’ve been using Amazing Pool for the past two years and was initially very happy with their service. Unfortunately, over last months, things have gone downhill dramatically. My pool is now in terrible condition due to neglect. The pool technician didn’t show up for over two weeks. After I contacted the office, someone did come out the same day, but only performed a basic cleanup that didn’t resolve the problems caused by weeks of missed service. I switched to Amazing Pools after having a terrible experience with another local company that completely ignored me whenever an issue came up.
