BEWARE I have much to say about the problems that I encountered and the horrible experiences that I had. The most obvious is financial mismanagement. I paid the owner George Esquival according to the contract and he did not pay his sub-contractors like the ENGINEERS! That’s just the beginning and why you should not use this company.
