Matt and his team are phenomenal, always on time with a consistent schedule, my pool always looks awesome, he is always available to answer any questions I have via phone, also a master a repairing various elements of pool and spa. American Dream was super responsive and helpful! When my hot tub motor stopped working, they did not initially try to upsell me on anything -and in fact- they tried to walk me through several DIY steps to try to save me a service charge! He even did a free follow up when my jets weren’t working as they used to! Prompt, responsive and reliable!

Spent $2,500 having my pool rebuilt last summer— because, you know, I like to pretend I’m a rich lady with water features. Then the timer goes out (of course), And here comes Matt finally after a pool emergency he rescheduled 3xs who apparently thinks timers are made of gold and fairy dust, quoting me $830… for a part that costs $160. I already paid him $150 just to show up, so I guess that was the appetizer scam? And the cherry on top? I engaged Matt to help us with the pool and spa that came with our new house. He was very informative and reassuring on the care and upkeep. He is very approachable and pleasant as well as the rest of his staff. He was able to repair a concerning leak for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.
