Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend! We had an outstanding experience with American Pools and Spas in Orlando from start to finish. They installed a heater and cooler pump system for our pool, and the entire process was absolutely top-notch. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and their employees. I was extremely hesitant to remodel our pool because of the horror stories I have heard over the years from other pool owners. From our first meeting with Jay and Sharon I felt at ease. I thought I had chosen a good company to build my pool, but I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. There were basic errors—inexcusable for a pool company—such as forgetting to install the gas infrastructure for the summer kitchen, poor drainage in the flooring, and the use of second-rate materials for the summer kitchen. I regret hiring this company. The wait for the project to be completed was also very long. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company.

We have loved working with American Pools. David, our designer, has been amazing. He is super responsive, thoughtful in his designs, answers all our questions, and is easy to work with - we can't say enough positive things about him! As a company their communication and professionalism is exceptional. They have provided us with detailed information during each phase of the build and they are treating our job like it is the most important job in their portfolio. Highly recommend.
