I have had the best experience with Kura Design Pools from begging to end. First, when I started this journey I called two pool companies and out of the two the other one located in Lakeland never returned my call and Kura was on top of their game calling me the next day to answer any of my questions! I recently completed a pool project with Kura Design Pools, and overall I’m happy with the final result. The process started off very smooth, but like most construction projects, we did run into a few hiccups along the way. What made the difference, though, was my project manager Matt. Any time an issue came up, Matt stepped in quickly, communicated clearly, and worked to resolve things effectively. I appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he didn’t let problems linger. Pool turned out great. It is just what we were looking for. Jayson came to the house prepared with information about city rules that other vendors didn’t provide. Their dig-to-swim timeline was correct. Brandon was the project manager and he was quick to give us updates and answer questions. Finally, Jackson did our pool school and he was extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. I have already recommended Kura to a friend of mine and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had quotes from a few different people and are so happy we went with Kura. It started off with a visit from Jayson who helped us design everything in less than an hour, giving us a line by line, accurate quote as we went. Anything we needed he had to us the same day, almost always in less than an hour. I couldn't ask for a better team to build our pool. They made the process of creating and building my pool simple, smooth, and FAST!!!! Special thanks to Yvette, Mathew and Tammy for the design, construction, and everything else needed behind the scenes. They know what they're doing and they are damn good at it!!!!
