What used to be a well run pool company is now one of the worst run businesses. They manage (well that's a joke) our community pool. Our pool season that used to run from Memorial Day to Labor Day hardly exists anymore. Most of June the pool was closed. And now in August we are back to unannounced closures that we only find out about when we show up at the pool. Even our lifeguard who checks the schedule for us isn't given advance warning so he can let us know. They take our assigned guard and send him elsewhere. I have used this outfit for my pool for a handful of years. They are family owned, honest and hard working people. Pools often have challenges--it just comes with the territory. You just want folks who are accountable and accessible---no automated phone bots or deflections. These people are 100% available. Highly recommend.

Pool management has been horrible this entire summer, blaming CIVID for “staffing shortages”. Our community pool is only open 5 days a week as it is, then they pull our life guard to compensate at other pools. No refund on services not rendered, management has a blasé attitude towards any complaints logged with them. Since zero stars are an option I have to reluctantly select one star.

RUN!!! A common theme reading the reviews. They manage to take your momey but not provide service. Complete joke. BBB should be notified of their business practices. Three days in a row now in mid August they cant staff. This is just this week. We have been shut down numerous times this year what kind of business stays afloat operating like this. Complete incompetence. This company is a joke!

Very unprofessional. They have shorted staffed at our pool this entire year and made promises they could not keep. Meanwhile every other pool in Annapolis has not had an issue with staffing. The pool has been closed two weeks now And all they offer us is Labor Day Monday. They did not even try to alter the hours and at least give us shorter days, nothing.

One of the guards told me that he had his hours cut so that their boss had enough MacDonalds money…how despicable 😱

I have had some nightmare pools folks--this crew is the gold standard in every way. They're accountable, honest and they work so hard. Very grateful I found them!!!

This is one of the top organizations of any kind. Trustworthy, dependable and prideful. I swear by this company and you should too! Been using them for close to 10 years.

Love how this outfit communicates. They take a lot of pride in getting the job done--and they always answer the phone!! Highly recommend.
