April 2022 Update: Going on the fourth year of our miserable experience with our pool. We just paid for our pool to be opened by Anchor and the situation with the wrinkles in our liner have gotten worse. We have not heard anything since last year of which they dug a hole in our yard to "see" if they could find the issue and have not found anything. Update June 2025 - unfortunately I have to change my review. service has been declining and they seem to be understaffed. Have not been happy since mid summer of last year and service overall seems to be getting worse. 3 years ago - We are incredibly pleased with Anchor! Sherri is always willing to help, provides great customer service, prompt response to calls/emails, and maintains open communication regarding scheduling. Anchor Spa & Pool has been keeping my pool clean and clear for years. I have a deep appreciation for family owned, family run, family oriented businesses - this company checks all of those boxes while providing excellent service.

They are honest, reliable and operate with integrity. The service industry is hurting everywhere due to our economy but they do their best to make sure everyone is communicated with and work hard to keep the pools well maintained.

Bought pool inground 25 yrs using this company for all related services past 5 have been terrible, Sherri Cook decided to hang up on me, My wife and I would like to speak to the owner of the Company, not just a Christmas card. UPDATE: Still waiting to hear from owner , Guess 25 year patron doesn't matter anymore, RUSSO POOL is my pool guy now.

I have dealt with some of these other pool companies that are out there. Once finding Anchor Spa & Pool, I can't imagine trusting the care of my pool to anyone else.
